29. Insertion of new section,
Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939 (VIII of 1939):- In
the Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939 (VIII of 1939), in section 2,
after clause (vii), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:-
(viia) lian
Explanation: Lian means where the husband has accused his wile of
zina and the wife does not accept the accusation as true".
