       S.R.O. 723(I)/2009, dated 11-8-2009.---In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 3 of he Federal Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1977 (XLV of 1977), the President is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Federal Public Service Commission (Composition and Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1978, namely:--,

       In aforesaid Regulations,--

       (a) regulations 5, 6, 7 and 8 shall be omitted; and

       (b) in Schedule I, in serial No.14 in the first column, in the second column the word "Medical" shall be omitted.
