(Amendment of R.5 and Sched.1)

       S.R.O. 126(KE)/2010, dated 12-7-2010.---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Loans for Agricultural Purposes Act, 1973 (XLII of 1973), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Loans for Agricultural Purposes Rules, 1973, namely;--

       In the aforesaid Rules:

       (a) in rule 5, in sub-rule (2) for the words “twelve hundred” the words “two thousand” shall be substituted; and

       (b) in Schedule 1, in form 2, in Colomn 14, for the figure “1200” the figure “2000” shall be substituted.
