2014, (Bill No.11 of 2014), having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 1^st February, 2014 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 11^th  February, 2014 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan  Provincial Assembly.

     THE BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT)                            ACT 2014 (ACT NO. X  OF 2014)

         (First published after having received the assent of the Governor Balochistan in the               Balochistan  Gazette (Extra-ordinary) dated 11^th February 2014).

Preamble.		further to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority
		Act, 1998 (I of 1998).
		WHEREAS, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998 in the manner hereinafter appearing;
		It is hereby enacted as follows:
Short title and commencement.	1.	(1)       This Act may be called the Balochistan Coastal    Development Authority (Amendment) Act, 2014.
		(2)       It shall come into force at once.
Omission of  Section 16-A. Act No. 1 of 1998.		In the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act 1998 (Act No. 1 of 1998), Section 16-A shall be omitted.
