BALOCHISTAN GOATS (RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010

Dated Quetta, the 20th    May, 2010.                         No. PAB/Legis: V (7)/ 2010.          The Balochistan Goats (Restriction) (Amendment) Bill, 2010 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 14th May, 2010 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 19th May, 2010 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. THE BALOCHISTAN GOATS (RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 (ACT NO. VII OF 2010) AN ACT                            (First published after having received the assent of the Governor of Balochistan in the Balochistan Gazette (Extra-ordinary) dated the 11th May, 2010).
	further to amend the Balochistan Goats (Restriction) Ordinance, 1959 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. XLII of 1959).
Preamble.	WHEREAS, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Goats (Restriction) Ordinance, 1959 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. XLII of 1959), for the purpose hereinafter appearing;             It is hereby enacted as follows:
Short title, extent and commencement.	1.       (1)     This Act may be called the Balochistan Goats (Restriction) (Amendment) Act, 2010.           (2)     It extends to the whole of Province of Balochistan except the Tribal Areas. (3)     It shall come into force at once.
Amendment of section 6, W. P. Ordinance XLII of 1959.	2.         In the Balochistan Goats (Restriction) Ordinance, 1959 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. XLII of 1959), in section 6, for the words “five hundred rupees” the words “five thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
