ACT

further to amend the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Speaker and Deputy Speaker’s  (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975.

  

 WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Speaker and

Deputy Speaker’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. III of 1975) for the purposes hereinafter appearing;

          It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1.               Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Speaker and Deputy Speaker’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges (Amendment) Act, 2015.

          (2)      It shall come into force at once.

2.               Amendment of section 7 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. III of 1975.--- In the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Speaker and Deputy Speaker’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. III of 1975), in section 7, in sub-section (2), for the words “one hundred thousand”, the words “ten hundred thousand” shall be substituted.
