NO.PAS/Legis-B-06/2011 – The Sindh Public Private Partnership (Amendment) Bill, 2011 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 25th  February, 2011 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 2nd April, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh.

THE SINDH PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011.

SINDH ACT NO:IX OF 2011

AN ACT

to amend the Sindh Public Private Partnership Act, 2010.

Preamble.    WHEREAS  it  is  expedient  to  amend  the  Sindh  Public  Private

Partnership Act, 2010, in the manner hereinafter appearing;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1.Short title, and commencement.(1) This Act may be called the Sindh Public Private Partnership

(Amendment) Act, 2011.

(2)  It shall come into force at once.

2.Amendment of section 4 of Sindh Act No.V of 2010.     In the Sindh Public Private Partnership Act, 2010, in section 4, in sub- section (2) -

(a)  for clause (ii), the following shall be substituted:- “(ii) Minister Finance                           Vice Chairman

(ii-a) Minister Law and Parliamentary

Affairs                                              Member

(ii-b) Minister Planning and Development     Member”;

(b) for clause (v), the following shall be substituted:-

“(v) two members of the Provincial

Assembly of Sindh to be nominated

by Chief Minister                                    Members”.
