NO.PAS/Legis‐B‐12/2004‐.  The  Sindh  Animals  Slaughter  Control  (Amendment)  Bill,  2004  have  been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on Wednesday, the 19th  October, 2005 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 22nd March, 2006 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh.

THE SINDH ANIMALS SLAUGHTER CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004

SINDH ACT NO.III OF 2006

(First published after having received the assent of the Governor of Sindh in the Gazette of Sindh (extra‐Ordinary) dated 03rd April, 2006)

AN ACT

 to amend the Sind  Animals Slaughter Control Act, 1963.

Preamble                                         WHEREAS  it is expedient  to amend  the Sindh Animals  Slaughter  Control  Act, 1963 in the manner hereinafter appearing;

 It is hereby enacted as follows:‐

1.  Short title and commenceme           (1)        This Act may be called the Sindh Animals Slaughter Control

(Amendment)  Act, 2004

(2)           It shall come into force at once.

2.Amendment of Section C of Sind Animals Slaughter Control Act, 1963.           In the Sindh Animals  Slaughter  Control  Act, 1963, in section  3, in sub‐section

(2), for clause (c), the following shall be substituted:‐

“(c)  on  the  day  or  days  as  Government  may  by  notification  in  the  official

Gazette, specify in this behalf.”

3.  Repeal         The   Sindh   Animals   Slaughter   Control   (Amendment)   Ordinance,   2004,   is repealed.
