NO.PAS/Legis-B-06/2008-The Sindh Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (Amendment) Bill, 2008 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 13th July, 2011 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 14th July, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh.

THE SINDH BOARDS OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008.

SINDH ACT NO: XXV OF 2011

 AN ACT

  to further amend the Sind Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinance, 1972.

Preamble.  WHEREAS  it  is  expedient  to  further  amend  the  Sind  Boards  of Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinance, 1972, in the manner hereinafter appearing;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1.Short title and commencement.(1)      This Act may be called the Sindh Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (Amendment) Act, 2008.

(2)    It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of section12 of Sind Ordinance No.VI of 1972.         In the Sind Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinance,

1972, in section 12, for the words “Governor of Sind”, the word

“Government” shall be substituted.
