NO.PAS/Legis-B-28/2011- The Sindh Service Tribunals (Amendment) Bill, 2011 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 18th  January, 2012 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 10th  February, 2012 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh.

THE SINDH SERVICE TRIBUNALS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

SINDH ACT NO.V OF 2012

AN ACT

to amend the Sind Service Tribunals Act,1973.

Preamble.    WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Sind Service Tribunals

Act,1973, in the manner hereinafter appearing;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1.Short title and commencement.(1) This Act may be called the Sindh Service Tribunals (Amendment) Act, 2011.

(2)  It shall come into force at once.

2.Amendment of section 5 of Sind Act No. XV of 1973.     In the Sind Service Tribunals Act,1973, in section 5, in sub-section (2), in clause (c), the full stop at the end shall be replaced by a semi colon and the word “and”, and thereafter the following new clause shall be added:-

“(d) execution of its decisions.”.
