(Salaries, Allowances, and
Privileges (Amendment) Bill, 2014. (Bill No.21 of 2014), having
been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 28th June, 2014 and assented to by the Governor,
Balochistan on 3rd July , 2014 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly.
The
Balochistan Speaker’s and Deputy Speaker’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act No.XX
of 2014).
AN
ACT
further to amend the Balochistan Speaker’s and
Deputy Speaker’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (Balochistan
Act No. V of 1975).

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS
it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Speaker’s and Deputy
Speaker’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 in the manner
hereinafter appearing:-
It is hereby enacted as follows;

Short title and commencement.
|
1.(1)
This Act may be called the Balochistan Speaker’s and Deputy Speaker’s
(Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Act, 2014.
|

|
|
(1) It shall come into force at once.
|
|
|
Amendment of Section 5 Act-V of
1975.
|
In the Balochistan Speaker’s and Deputy
Speaker’s (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 hereinafter
referred to as the said Act, in Section 5 for the words “rupees one hundred
thousand and ninety thousand rupees” the words “rupees five hundred fifty thousand
and rupees five hundred thousand” shall be substituted.

Amendment of Section 15, Act-Vof 1975.
|
In the said Act, in Section 15, for the
words “rupees thirty thousand and rupees twenty thousand” the words “rupees
fifty thousand and rupees fifty thousand” shall be substituted.
